Between Breaths: Entering the Cave

Continuing on the container we built in November, Amazon Grove proudly presents Between Breaths: Entering the Cave. There is so much good work to be done, this is a once a week offering to help you get centered so you can do that important work for the collective. Whatever that work is doesn't just mean going to your actual job, though it certainly can. But it can mean something you volunteer for, raising your kids, caring for your elders, organizing movements, and more. Between Breaths is a way to call in an ally - the Moon - in planning your work, and be a recharging station to nourish your precious self.
