The holistic services provided at Amazon Grove are to help individuals meet their destiny with more ease, courage, hope, love and acknowledgement by using the wisdom of nature and energetic resonance. I am here to offer services that encourage you to be the MOST and BEST you - not in spite of the distance between your actual self and ideal self, but because of it. Because the world needs you - all of yourself - to show up to your destiny.

Meet the practitioner
Rachelle has over a decade of experience as a health educator, patient navigator, and crisis hotline operator for the LGBTQ community working for institutions like Whitman Walker Clinic and The Mautner Project. She also has 15+ years of practice and teaching about women’s mysteries, sacred practices and ritual. But it was from this time spent teaching self-care and healing as activism while working for organizations who were on the cutting edge of integrative health care that inspired her to pursue a career as an acupuncturist and herbalist.
In fact, all her current work as an acupuncturist, herbalist, Reiki practitioner and educator is informed from her extensive background as an activist for gender, sexual, racial and social justice equity through direct action. As such, Rachelle’s specialties include working with sexual, gender and racial minority populations in addition to providing trauma-informed care.
Rachelle's training includes graduating with her Master's of Acupuncture and Doctorate of Oriental Medicine as well as a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Western herbs from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Rachelle has also been trained by Yvonne Henderson in Usui-Tibetan style Reiki, and is a graduate of her rigorous Goddess School Priestess training program. Rachelle is excited to share her knowledge of Chinese Medicine, health education and the esoteric with the world. Most of all, she cannot wait to work with YOU in partnership on your journey.
